110 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION
April 2017- present
Over two stages, this 110 lot subdivision again brought challenges with the project commencing at the end of summer and working through a winter with high rainfall.
Despite the numerous challenges encountered, including poor ground conditions, TDM Construction Ltd was able to manage the site throughout the winter and kick off at the start of summer ahead of schedule.
To date, construction is progressing well.
